There are only exclusively 33 floating cottages with 40 rooms altogether. They all divided into 3 categories:

• 14 Standard cottages that come with twin beds
• 12 Family cottages that come with double bed
• 7 VIP cottages that come with 2 double bedrooms and Dining room

All of these floating cottages are uniquely built 3 meters above sea level, with glorious ocean view, in order to maximize our guest's pleasure.
Each of the Pulau Ayer Floating cottages have:

• Hot and fresh water shower
• 29 inch TV set with satellites and remote control
• Mini Bar
• Safety box
• Telephone
• a facing to the ocean private balcony/ Terrace
• 24 hours room service
• Fully air-conditioned with remote control.

Set in the tropical island, there are privileged 14 land cottages
